Refund Policy

Event Cancellation Policy – If your event has been cancelled or postponed for any reason, all deposits and payments made to Bar Lyfe are non-refundable, however they are transferrable. If you cancel or postpone your booked event for any reason, Bar Lyfe will honor any deposit/ or payments made to us as a store credit. This store credit will remain on file for one calendar year. Your deposit credit can be applied to rescheduling a booking, or a new booking altogether that you have planned. 

*Important Note: Cancelling your event within 10 days of your scheduled event will incur an additional $50 cancellation fee.

100% Arrival Guarantee- In the event the bartender we have scheduled for your event has an emergency and cannot fulfill their obligations for your event, we will have back-up staff readily available. In the event our backup staff is unable to fulfill their obligations, your full payment will be refunded within 3 business days.
