Bar Lyfe supplies professionally trained bartenders for any occasion. Although we do not provide alcohol, our bartenders will provide a memorable experience for you and your guests by pouring all drinks. All of our bartenders are equipped with the following, for $75/hr per bartender:

All bartending packages include both General and Liquor Liability Insurance. Our packages are customizable, see below for general guidelines.

Additional Options

Soft Drink – $2.00 per guest

This package includes the following name brand products: Coca Cola or Pepsi, Sprite, and Ginger Ale. This package also provides non-alcohol drinking guests and underage guests with soft drinks on ice. Diet Coke can be added on optionally for an additional $1 charge.

Premium Mixers and Garnish Package – $3.00 per guest

This package includes Margarita Mix, Sour Mix, Grenadine, Simple Syrup, Lemon and Lime Juice, Margarita Salt, Oranges, Lemons, Cherries, Olives.

Portable Ice Chest Rental – $75 each

Our bartenders will have a small ice bucket for clean ice dispensing, but they do not bring large ice chests to store ice and/ or chill beer or wine. If you need to rent an ice chest please do so, you can rent up to 4.

Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar – $3.00 per guest

This package includes garnishes and mixers for Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas. We will supply everything except for alcohol. You have options for different flavors of mimosas as well. Champagne flutes will we an additional $1.25 per guest.

Juice and Limes Package – $2.00 per guest

This package includes Pineapple, Orange, and Cranberry Juices. It also includes Club Soda, Tonic, and Limes. This package also provides non-alcohol drinking guests or underage guests with juices on ice. Lemonade and Grapefruit Juices can be added on for an additional $1.25 charge.

Bagged Ice – $2.00 per guest

This package includes bagged ice for your event. We will provide enough ice to chill beer, wine, and champagne, and provide clean ice for liquor drinks.

Plastic Cups, Straws, and Napkins – $2.00 per guest

This package includes 12oz and 9oz ultra clear high quality plastic cups for liquor and wine drinks, cocktail straws and cocktail napkins for your event. This package also includes a napkin holder and straw holder. Champagne Flutes can be added for an additional charge of $1.25 per guest.

Frozen Mixers Package – $2.00 per guest

Impress your guests with our frozen drink package. This package includes 2 frozen cocktails. Our bartenders will arrive with a bar blender, mixers, garnishes, and recipes for 2 frozen cocktails (on top of the beer, wine, and other liquor drinks you provide). If it’s a themed party, we will tailor these frozen cocktails to match your theme.

Consultation for Signature Cocktails for your event – $75

Your personal consultation will include a 30-to-45-minute phone call with a Bar Lyfe consultant to go over specific details for your upcoming event regarding specialty cocktail options based on your theme. You can create your own signature cocktail or choose from our signature cocktail list. A detailed and personalized list of necessary ingredients for your selected cocktails is included in this package. You also receive a professionally designed cocktail menu. A 5×7 or 8×10 menu displaying your chosen signature drink or drinks including photos, names, and ingredients. This will be emailed to you prior to your event for approval.
